A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Ringstead CE Primary School! We are looking to recruit a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Teacher, to join our committed team. Dedicated to supporting, inspiring and leading the brilliant children in our school. Working together and supporting every child to flourish, feel safe, and enjoy the exciting journey of learning and discovery.

At Ringstead Primary we place teaching and learning at the centre of our school, through a challenging, stimulating, and creative curriculum. We encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith and promote Christian values through the experience we offer all our pupils. Our aim is to develop resilient, enthusiastic children who are equipped for the next stage of their educational journey.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly.
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn.
  • Has proven experience in delivering the curriculum in a creative and tailored way, to sustain the academic achievement of all pupils.
  • Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
  • Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
  • Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
  • Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
  • Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.
