Tucked within the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside is Trinity, a primary school situated in the quaint village of Aldwincle, with connections to Kettering, Thrapston and Corby in under 20 minutes. Here, children thrive and are challenged within an environment that champions innovative learning and creative thinking, through a broad and balanced curriculum, delivered by staff who share in our vision, to nurture their social, emotional, and spiritual development, as equally as the growth of knowledge.
At Trinity, we believe that children learn best when they can take ownership of their learning and are inspired by their subject. Therefore, we employ enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and supportive specialists, to deliver our engaging, innovative curriculum and inspire everyone to reach their God-given potential. If you share in our vision and feel you could make a valuable and true difference at our school, we would love to hear from you.
Following a successful Ofsted Inspection in June 2023, our school has received a very well-deserved rating of Good. Ofsted Inspectors commented that relationships between pupils and staff are ‘warm and considerate’ with pupils stating, ‘there’s such a nice, safe atmosphere here.’ Central to our success is our amazing staffing team, who work hard to create a calm, settled learning environment for our pupils, who are polite and proud of their work, with positive attitudes towards learning. We are therefore looking for our newest Teacher to work to uphold these expectations, contribute to this environment and support us in our mission to provide the very best in education for the children of Trinity.
Trinity school has been a proud member of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust since February 2019, alongside 32 other schools in the Northamptonshire, Rutland and Peterborough area. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and provides wider access to career and development opportunities and a number of different Wellbeing Resources.
We are looking for:
- Someone who supports the Christian ethos and inclusive nature of Trinity and who works to embed these values with children, staff, governors, parents and the wider community;
- Someone who strives to improve outcomes for all children in their care and works closely with teams in school to provide information, support and interventions to ensure all children are successful;
- A teacher who makes learning fun, engaging and memorable
- Someone who is reflective and continually seeks to improve their practice;
- A person who has excellent team skills who can inspire colleagues and children alike;
- A teacher who understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive relationships with parents;
- An energetic individual who smiles often, challenges positively and drives change for the benefit of all.
In return, we will offer:
- A supportive environment where contributions and ideas are encouraged, valued and supported.
- Happy and motivated children who are eager to learn.
- A fantastic close working team, both in school and across the Trust
- Access to a vast array of employee benefits and recognition systems, via our brand-new partnership with Vivup
- Employment within one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in Northamptonshire, with wider development and career opportunities.
