Teacher (Maternity cover) job summary
Due to maternity leave we are recruiting for a Teacher from September 21 until March 2022.
You will be a professional (emerging, developing or secure in your teaching experience), with the honesty and integrity at the centre of everything you do. With strong subject knowledge, you will be child-centred with high aspirations for the students you teach and high expectations of yourself and others you work with. Hard working, with a can-do attitude and a learning mind-set – you will be an ideal candidate for this most rewarding role!
You will hold a deep rooted belief that all behaviour is communication and have a clear commitment to identifying where early intervention may be required. You will be supported by a team of Teaching Assistants and therapeutic specialists to delivery our ASD© curriculum.
For the posts advertised, you must:
• Be able to meet key accountabilities set out in Job Description and Person Specification
• Be able to use ICT effectively
• Have excellent organisational skills
• Have excellent communication and team working skills
• Good levels of literacy and numeracy
