What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the national curriculum and have the necessary skill set for its effective implementation. They will have a good grasp of adapting teaching to ensure that all pupils learn more and remember more. Overtime, pupils will make good progress and achieve the expected outcomes. They will have an insight for ‘SMART’ working and be a great team player.
