We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team at Exning Primary School. This role involves planning and delivering well-structured, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities, while assessing, monitoring and supporting their progress to ensure excellent outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, adapt teaching to meet diverse needs, and contribute to preparing pupils for external assessments.

You will play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment, maintaining high standards of behaviour, and promoting the wellbeing of all pupils. A strong commitment to safeguarding and pastoral care is essential, alongside the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers. You will also contribute to whole-school development by supporting policies, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning, and positively engaging in the wider life and ethos of the school.
