What skills and experience we're looking for

• A subject relevant degree PGCE/QTS or equivalent
• Excellent working knowledge of the Art National Curriculum Expert subject knowledge in Art, including A Level (desirable) and practical skills
• Experience of working with children who have English as an Additional Language
• The ability to reflect on your own practice and welcome professional development
• Respect for and willingness to promote the school’s ethos and values
