About this Role

Pioneer Secondary Academy is seeking a passionate and ambitious Teacher of Art to deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a calm, purposeful environment where creativity is valued, expectations are high, and every pupil is supported to achieve artistic and academic excellence.

Key Information

  • Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3-KS4

  • Teach a range of disciplines: drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art

  • Prepare students for GCSE Art & Design

  • Assess, track, and support student progress

  • Differentiate learning to meet all abilities, including SEN

  • Contribute to curriculum development and department growth

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
