What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Teacher of Art and Design, capable of teaching throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will join a forward looking and committed team of ambitious, reflective and outstanding teachers in a department which values excellent outcomes for all, individual exploration and expression, and self-directed learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Art and Design teacher to make a substantial contribution to the further development of this outstanding Art and Design Technology faculty with an excellent local reputation.
The successful candidate will have the qualities to motivate and inspire our students, as we seek to consistently bring out the best in them and will be required to teach at Key Stages 3 and 4. The ability to monitor and track the progress of year groups through data is essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of the Art and Design & Technology team.

Salary range: £24,000 - £37,220 (based on fte £30,000 - £46,525). Salary is dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience.
