What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and creative practitioner for the position of Art and Design teacher at this successful and over-subscribed secondary school in north Leeds, graded 'Good' by Ofsted. Candidates looking for full or part time will be considered.

The Art Department is a place where students are encouraged to be creative thinkers and practitioners of Art and Design with opportunities for all students to progress and develop through their own creative journey.

The selected candidate will be expected to deliver a wide range of topics which in turn demand a wide range of competent experiences and knowledge to help support and deliver our developed and exciting curriculum, which also includes 3D materials.

The successful candidate will have high aspirations for all students and will share our commitment to further raising achievement across the 11-18 age range. We can offer full or part time hours but full time would need to offer an additional subject.
