We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic art,design and photography teacher to join our thriving school community. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a love of the visual arts in students of all ages and abilities. We are looking for someone that has:

* QTS in art and photography
* Experience in lesson planning, delivery, and assessment for both Art and Photography
* Expertise with a variety of art techniques, styles, and photographic principles
* A passion for creativity and the ability to ignite curiosity in students with established and emerging art forms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A commitment to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that integrates both art and photography.

Based in Edmonton, North London, Aylward Academy was established in September 2010 and is an 11-19 learning community with over 1,000 students on roll, including a thriving sixth form. The school is currently rated as GOOD by its last Ofsted inspection in July 2021. Our unwavering standards have seen the school become the school of choice for both the local and surrounding areas.
