What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to the expansion of the school, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional Art Teacher, to start with us in September 2024. Applications from ECTs are encouraged and welcome.

The successful candidate will initially be teaching key stage three students with the potential for teaching across all 3 key-stages in the future (dependant on incoming student up take at GCSE & A-Level). Therefore, they should be capable of teaching Art to GCE A2 Level.

The successful applicant will be someone who can inspire students of all abilities and who wishes to add to the success of the Art department by implementing their own ideas and strategies. You must be passionate about developing pupils' confidence, as well as have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to raising standards.
