Following our successful visit from Ofsted, in which we were graded Good in all areas, we are now embarking on our next round of recruitment to ensure the highest standard of quality teaching for our students. We require a passionate Teacher of Art to join our well-resourced, friendly and high performing Creative Arts department. As a Trust founded by the RSA and the school’s Chair of Governors a fellow of the RSA, we strive for excellence in the Arts and seek a teacher with the same vision. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Waseley because of the journey it is on and our state-of-the-art new school which is opening in September.

All teachers are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. These detail the professional and particular duties required of teachers, together with requirements for Management time, Working time and Guaranteed planning and preparation time. The Trust and its schools comply with these requirements in order to make reasonable demands of teachers.
