You will take a lead role in ensuring a positive climate for learning at the school and for your year group cohort, working in partnership with pupils, parents and carers and staff to remove barriers to success so that pupils effectively engage in learning and thrive.
As well as leading a year group of pupils, you will also lead a team of form tutors ensuring that high standards and expectations are embedded throughout the team and during form group sessions.
