The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level with QTS in their subject;
- Be effective classroom practitioner who will inspire and motivate our students
- Be able to plan for success and evaluate progress and outcomes
- Be able to coach and enthuse students effectively, encouraging, motivating and inspiring children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning;
- Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Whitcliffe Mount:
- Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.

SHARE Multi Academy Trust comprises of Woodside Green Primary, Heaton Avenue Primary, Luck Lane Primary, Millbridge Primary, Royds Hall, Shelley College, Whitcliffe Mount School and Thornhill Community Academy. A central team provides operational support.
