The Role

As Teacher of IT, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring IT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that maximise student progress.
  • Assess, monitor and support student achievement through effective feedback and intervention.
  • Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
  • Support the wider life of the school through form tutor responsibilities and extracurricular activities.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree-level qualification.
  • Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for IT education.
  • Can inspire, motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
  • Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
  • Is committed to continuous professional development and educational excellence.
