Teacher of Citizenship, RE and PSHE job summary
We are looking to appoint an excellent practitioner who is a passionate and dynamic teacher of Citizenship, RE & PSHE with the ability to teach across the age, ability and subject range at KS3 and KS4, in particular demonstrating excellent subject knowledge to contribute to the delivery of the GCSE courses. The successful candidate will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful department and should have the ability, drive and commitment to maintain and improve an already successful department. You should have:
• A real passion for teaching and learning across Citizenship, RE & PSHE
• Exceptional subject knowledge of Citizenship, RE or both
• The ability to inspire, challenge and motivate pupils along with the ability to manage behaviour
• Evidence of real measurable impact as a teacher (n/a for NQT’s)
• A willingness to contribute to the school and multi academy trust at all levels
• A willingness to support our department drive to enable all students to achieve their full potential.
