You will offer us:
Outstanding practice in relation to teaching children with complex and multiple learning difficulties (CMLN / PMLD)
Sound knowledge and understanding of developing an informal curriculum, delivering personalised outcomes, Intensive Interaction and MOVE etc
Sound understanding of complex health needs
High expectations of pupil achievement
Excellent relationships with all pupils and staff
Confidence, passion and enthusiasm
