About the Role:

As a Teacher of Computer Science, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and ideally KS5).
  • Inspire students to develop a love for computing, coding, and digital literacy.
  • Use data to monitor progress and tailor teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and the wider development of the department.
  • Play a key role in the pastoral care of students as a form tutor.
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour, inclusion, and academic excellence.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary on the Main to Upper Pay Range (£31,957 – £50,062), depending on experience.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
  • Has experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Is committed to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
  • Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for student success.
