What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher of Design & Technology commencing September 2023. The academy is part of the Broad Horizons Education Trust.
In addition the ideal candidate will:
Be committed to helping students achieve their potential
Be well-organised, pro-active and able to use your own initiative
Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills and able to organise workload and complete administrative tasks to a high level
As a valued member of an excellent Faculty within a vibrant school, we are looking for someone who will demonstrate the willingness and drive to make a significant contribution to the Design & Technology Faculty and to the school. Enthusiasm, flexibility and team working are essential. We are looking for a person with good organisational skills and high standards; ability to work on their own initiative and also to be a good team player. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the design technology specialisms at KS3.
