Teacher of Dance and Drama job summary
We are looking for a Teacher of Dance and Drama to join our successful department on a temporary basis, initially for one year, although, this post may become permanent. The post is due to start September 2022. We require a minimum of 0.6fte although there is potential this could increase to 0.8fte. The school would welcome applications from NQTs as well as experienced teachers.
You should be highly motivated, innovative with an infectious enthusiasm for promoting creativity and encouraging free thinking. You will be expected to inspire our students and nurture within them an understanding and appreciation for dance and drama through a range of curricular and extra-curricular activities. Some previous trips have included New York (Broadway), London (West End) and local theatre. We produce two musicals per academic year and host industry experts and practitioner workshops.
