Job overview
Are you a dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner, a with a proven record of raising attainment? We are looking for a passionate Teacher of Design and Technology to join our school.
We are looking for an individual who can meet the below expectations:
• Deliver AQA GCSE and A Level Design and Technology
• Competent with the use of Tech Soft - 2D Design and any additional CAD programmes
• Competent with the use of Machinery, Equipment and Tools
• Good understanding of a range of Materials, Designing & Manufacturing Processes
• Outstanding Design and Technology subject knowledge – KS3 and KS4
• Prepared to teach Food Preparation and Nutrition KS3 and KS4
This is a maternity cover position until July 2026.
