What skills and experience we're looking for

Our forward thinking Design Technology Department consists of a range of dedicated and creative teachers. The department is extremely well resourced with the latest equipment to deliver cutting edge teaching and learning in Resistant Materials and Product Design. Student numbers are strong across KS4 and KS5 and behaviour for learning is highly praised. Staff are exceptionally well supported and there are many opportunities to share resources and good practice linked to our programmes of study, with the chance to add your own interpretations.

For September 2025 we are looking for:

an experienced teacher who can enthuse, motivate and engage students and is committed to excellence and high student achievement

•a teacher of Design and Technology with experience of teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5

•a teacher with a passion for working with young people and a perseverance to make a difference to them and their future

•a teacher with a focus on their own professional development and a drive to work with us to become the best teacher they can be
