Job overview
You’ll be delivering core aspects of the Design Technology curriculum, leading and implementing outstanding teaching practices to instil key knowledge within learners and using assessment and feedback to sustain and raise achievement.
The right candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
Relevant specialist qualifications and experience (e.g BA/BSc in Design Technology or related degree)
Ability to deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons covering a range of modules and concepts
A good understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements for Design Technology
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to ensure all learners progress and achieve to a high standard in preparation for examinations
