The ideal candidate will:
- Be a passionate specialist with strong subject knowledge across Design Technology and Engineering.
- Have the ability to inspire students through inquiry-based learning and hands-on projects.
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Be an inclusive practitioner who adapts teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
- Have experience with or an interest in the International Baccalaureate framework (desirable).
