What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Design and Technology teacher to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced professionals to make a significant impact.
You will:
- Inspire students through hands-on, creative, and problem-solving projects.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and support all learners.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating workshop environment.
- Teach Key Stage 3 and 4, with a focus onKS4 Product Design.
- Be able to teach KS3 resistant materials, graphics, and food technology as required.
- Utilize and teachCAD/CAMeffectively.
- Use a range of computer packages including techsoft 2D design, google sketchup, photoshop and illustrator.
