We are seeking a dedicated, inspiring, and enthusiastic Teacher of Design Technology (DT) with Resistant Material who is passionate about creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving. The successful candidate will:

Be confident teaching Design Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a specialist focus on Resistant Materials

Deliver engaging, challenging lessons that inspire creativity, technical skill, and innovative thinking

Plan thoughtful, creative lessons that make literature accessible while stretching the most able

Use assessment effectively to support student progress in designing, making, and evaluating

Adapt teaching to ensure all learners—including beginners and high achievers—can access and enjoy Design Technology

Contribute to a rich extracurricular programme, such as design clubs, art workshops, exhibitions, or STEM-related activities
