What skills and experience we're looking for

St Simon Stock Catholic School are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Design Technology. This post would suit an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher. The ability to teach Design and Technology to A-Level is required, and the ability to teach GCSE Design and Technology is essential.

Please state in your application your experience of teaching Design and Technology (or any other related specialisms e.g. Food Technology) in your application. The Design and Technology department is a small, but well-equipped, supportive and successful department. You will be joining a skilled, energetic and committed team who thrive to raise the quality of provision to enable the best possible outcomes for our students.

St Simon Stock Catholic School is a Catholic secondary school located in Maidstone, Kent and part of the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP). This multi-academy trust (MAT), established by the Archdiocese of Southwark for Catholic education across Kent, currently comprises of 25 academies (20 primary and 5 secondary schools).
