- A passionate advocate and role model of the Wardle Way
- An excellent teacher specialising in Resistant Materials or Product Design
- Able to teach Design & Technology at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Passionate about the quality of education our young people experience
- Somebody who thrives on responsibility and hard work, and wants to develop themselves
- Able to use your own initiative
- Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for our young people
