What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for:

A Teacher who is able to:

  • Inspire and motivate students and share their passion for Drama and English
  • Support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN
  • Have a relationships first ethos and an understanding of emotion coaching and the restorative approach
  • Show sensitivity in listening to young people’s situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions
  • Actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success
  • Know, understand and contribute to the Educational Health Care Plans of each student they work with
