What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for:
A Teacher who is able to:
- Inspire and motivate students and share their passion for Drama and English
- Support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN
- Have a relationships first ethos and an understanding of emotion coaching and the restorative approach
- Show sensitivity in listening to young people’s situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions
- Actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success
- Know, understand and contribute to the Educational Health Care Plans of each student they work with
