We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher of Drama to join Sawtry Village Academy. The successful candidate will be creative, highly motivated, and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire, engage, and enthuse pupils through high-quality teaching and learning in Drama.
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status and degree in specialist subject
- Experience of teaching at KS3 to KS4
- Be confident in delivering excellent lessons
- Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support
- Understand and be a proud advocate of the five values of all Meridian Trust schools
- Be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focussed attitude
