What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to continued growth in student numbers, we wish to appoint a Teacher of DT, Engineering, and Construction to join our Upper Academy from September.

Salary £33,959— £51,984(M1 - AL3 Academy Qualified Teachers Scale)

Start date: September 2025

Our academy operates across two sites. The Lower Academy specialises in the teaching of our Key Stage 3 students, whilst The Upper Academy specialises in teaching Key Stage 4 and 5.

Our Upper Academy boasts state-of-the-art workshops, equipped with specialised machinery and tools, including brazing hearths, 3D printers, resin printers, laser cutters, and welding facilities.

Students have the opportunity to pursue BTEC Level 1 Construction, Level 1/2 Engineering, A-Level Engineering, GCSE 3D Design, and A-Level 3D Design qualifications. By joining us, you will become part of a well-established, collaborative team, supported by a skilled group of technicians.
