What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will:

have a commitment to high expectations, with the ability to inspire and challenge

develop targeted learning resources to support the diverse make-up of the student body

have an excellent knowledge of, and ability to apply current Health and Safety good practice in technology teaching

have a proven track record impacting upon students' learning

have the ability to teach Design Technology at KS3 and KS4. Food Preparation and Nutrition at KS3

have ability to use a range of CAD software

have a clear understanding of current and future curriculum developments

have excellent interpersonal skills

hold the attributes to be a strong form tutor

hold Qualified Teacher Status.
