What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a teacher with:

  • a real desire to make a difference to student outcomes in DT and across creative subjects;
  • a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion to help pupils understand the role design and technology plays across the world;
  • the ability to enthuse our pupils about the values that sit within technology;
  • the drive to work in a high functioning team;

What the school offers its staff

Governors wish to appoint a teacher of DT to deliver in the Creatives team. DT is a thriving subject and with increased numbers we need to further develop the team. Pupils all follow DT in KS3 and numbers opting to do DT to GCSE is growing.
