We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and enthusiastic teacher within our successful and supportive faculty, where excellent teaching and learning sit at the heart of our collaborative practice. You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated colleagues who are committed to delivering a diverse and challenging curriculum that ensures students engage with current, relevant and inspiring material.

Our faculty is driven by a shared passion for English and a commitment to nurturing that same enthusiasm in our students. We are a warm, collaborative team who genuinely enjoy working together, continually sharing and refining our practice to be the very best we can be. Our results at both KS4 and KS5 last year reflect the strength of our teaching and the impact of our collective approach. In our thriving Sixth Form, students build on their enjoyment of English at KS4 through a strong KS5 offer, including English Language, English Literature and Combined English.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the enthusiasm to inspire an exceptional cohort of students. Strong subject knowledge is essential, alongside the ability to teach KS3 and KS4, and a willingness to develop KS5 teaching in the future.
