Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Snowfields Academy is opening itsbrand new, custom-built Minster Campusin September 2025, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicatedTeacher of Englishto join our growing team.

You’ll have the chance to help shape the culture, vision, and learning environment of a brand-new campus, where your contributions will have a lasting impact on our students’ futures.
We are open to candidates from a primary, SEN, or mainstream subject specialist background. If you are passionate about making a real difference and have the drive and vision to contribute to the development of a new campus, we want to hear from you! We're seeking someone who:
- Brings experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
- Is adaptable and open to working in a range of subject areas, tailoring lessons to individual student needs.
- Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
This is a permanent, full time position, offering MPS/UPS based on experience + SEN1 Allowance.
