Teacher of English job summary

We  are seeking to appoint a well qualified, enthusiastic and energetic Teacher of   English at Northallerton School & Sixth Form College.  The English  department is fully staffed and has a well developed ethos of camaraderie and support; we work together as a team to ensure the very best experience for our pupils.  The department has a strong track record of results but also promotes enrichment and engagement to try and develop real enjoyment of English in our students.  The ideal candidate  will be focused on delivering high quality teaching and learning in English and have a passion for working with young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Trust and School.

Job Details

Hours of Work:  0.6FTE (3 days per week)

Position Type:  Fixed Term until 31st December 2024 in the first instance

Line Manager:  Head of English

Travel Required:  No
