  • Understand and address factors affecting learning.

  • Understand and use assessment methods.

  • Use data to monitor progress and plan lessons.

  • Provide regular feedback to pupils.

7.Manage Behaviour:

  • Establish clear rules and routines.

  • Promote good behavior in line with school policy.

  • Use appropriate strategies to manage classes.

You will be a key contributor to a well-resourced department with access to practical learning and extracurricular activities.
