5.Adapt Teaching:
- Differentiate teaching to meet pupils' needs.
- Understand and address factors affecting learning.
- Adapt teaching to support pupils' development stages.
6.Use of Assessment:
- Understand and use assessment methods.
- Use data to monitor progress and plan lessons.
- Provide regular feedback to pupils.
7.Manage Behaviour:
- Establish clear rules and routines.
- Promote good behavior in line with school policy.
- Use appropriate strategies to manage classes.
8.Wider Professional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the school’s life and ethos.
- Develop professional relationships with colleagues.
- Use support staff effectively.
- Engage in professional development.
- Communicate with parents about pupils' achievements and wellbeing.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of English to join our vibrant and enthusiastic English Faculty. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 to KS5, inspiring students to achieve academic excellence while fostering a love for English. You will be a key contributor to a well-resourced department with access to practical learning and extracurricular activities.
