What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit a resilient Teacher, with a passion for English, to be part of our improvement journey.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to move into an optimistic and motivating environment, supported by effective leadership at all levels. As a key member of the teaching team, you will ensure high standards of teaching and learning are delivered to our students in Key Stage 3 offering a nurturing and topic-based curriculum to ensure that they are able to access learning

Successful applicants will be qualified teachers with demonstrable experience of raising expectations and attainment in the classroom. You will hold a deep passion for transforming the lives of young people and understand inclusive practices to support learning of pupils experiencing Emotional, Behavioural and Social Difficulties. Applications from candidates with primary training and experience with SEMH are particularly welcomed.
