The Bishop Wand Church of England School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of English to join our thriving English Faculty from September 2025 or sooner. Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your journey or an experienced educator ready for a new challenge, we welcome your application.

Our English department plays a central role in our School’s ongoing success, offering a wide range of opportunities for students across Key Stages 3 to 5. At Sixth Form, we deliver A Levels in English Language & Literature, English Literature, and Media Studies, with many students progressing to higher education and careers driven by a passion for English.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking team that is deeply embedded in the life of the School. We’re looking for a teacher who is:
