We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Teacher of English with EAL Coordinator responsibilities. This unique role offers the opportunity to inspire and support students in their English language acquisition journey while ensuring their seamless integration into our vibrant school community. As the EAL Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing effective strategies to meet the diverse linguistic needs of our students, fostering a nurturing environment where all learners can thrive. The role and what we are looking for
The successful candidate will be required to teach English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard and make a positive difference to Academy life. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential.
You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking to make a difference to the lives of young people.
