The Douay Martyrs Catholic Secondary School is seeking an English and Media teacher who inspires a love of reading, writing, and media literacy, develops critical thinking, and drives strong academic and creative progress. The role focuses on:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons across the English and Media curricula

  • Monitoring, tracking, and improving students’ academic progress, engagement, and achievement

  • Working closely with colleagues and SLT to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
