What skills and experience we're looking for

Dyke House Academy are looking to recruit a highly motivated Teacher of English to join our Academy. The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Be part of a supportive and motivated team
  • Join an outstanding English department that achieved 77% Grade 4+ and 64.9% Grade 5+ in recent Summer results
  • Work with other professionals to learn and progress
  • Inspire and motivate our young people to fulfill their potential
  • Demonstrate the drive and skill to raise standards of students' attainment and achievement
  • Monitor and track student progress within their classes.
