We are seeking an Early Career Teacher of English to join our dedicated English department from September 2026 on a fixed-term basis for one year, with the potential for future opportunities within the Trust. About the Role
You will:
- Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
- Support students in developing strong reading, writing and analytical skills
- Be fully supported through a structured and high-quality ECT induction programme
- Work collaboratively within a skilled and supportive English team
- Contribute to a culture of high expectations and positive behaviour
