You will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and any other external partners to support students development, and participate in meetings where required. Continuing your own professional development will be a key ambition for you to support the successful delivery of outstanding teachers and learning strategies.
The successful candidate will have a degree in English or an equivalent qualification, with QTS.
