Your opportunity

Come and work in the established English Department alongside English Literature and Language teachers to enthuse and engage our students with our innovative curriculum, exploring a range of topics from Odysseus and Chaucer to modern texts such as The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. Aureus School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher to join the growing team to provide consistent, high quality classroom teaching on a permanent basis. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at, and welcome flexible working arrangements on a full time or part time permanent contract.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is experienced in teaching English that is passionate about supporting young adults learning. You must be confident in managing classes and behaviour and want to share your enthusiasm in a classroom environment teaching KS3 and KS4.
