Teacher of English MPS/UPS (maternity leave)
Contract: Full time fixed term contract from 4 May 2021 to 17 December 2021 or the return of the post-holder, whichever is the sooner
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and ambitious teacher of English to join a team of 13 specialists. This post would be suitable for an NQT or more experienced colleague.
The successful candidate will be:
• able to enthuse, motivate and inspire students
• a talented teacher of English to at least GCSE
• an excellent classroom teacher with outstanding classroom management
• a degree in English and secondary QTS (or working towards)
• committed to continuous professional development

Prince Henry’s is a successful and over-subscribed comprehensive school with over 1630 students – including around 320 in the Sixth Form. We serve the market town of Otley and the surrounding area, approximately 12 miles from Leeds.
