Main Purpose
- To be a Teacher of English at The Trafalgar School at Downton - maternity cover
- To inspire excellence throughout the school
- To be responsible for the highly effective implementation of the English curriculum ensuring that this is differentiated to meet the needs of the students in the classroom
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students within the allocated classes ensuring excellent progress is made within a climate that is calm and purposeful
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
- To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
