What skills and experience we're looking for
An opportunity has arisen to join PACA’s English department. We are looking for a passionate teacher to join the supportive and cohesive team and to add to the energy and enthusiasm we have for English at PACA.
All teachers have time on their timetable for coaching. Over the last three years the English team has built a world class curriculum package. We are now refining that curriculum, strengthening it through collaborative departmental co-planning to ensure excellent progress for everyone at PACA.
This is an exciting time to join PACA. The Ofsted report sets out a huge range of strengths for the school, and the few areas we are excited to address to take us to a higher level.
The appointee will teach across the school to GCSE level. We are looking for candidates with an interest in children’s learning and the ability to form strong positive relationships with students. Applications from beginning teachers looking for an ECT role are welcome.
