Salendine Nook High School is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary 11-16 school situated in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Attainment in entry is higher than average in all year groups. Over half of the students on roll come to us with high prior attainment based upon Key Stage 2 SATs. Our students generally arrive with high levels of literacy and numeracy. This means that expectations are high in terms of expected progress over the five years of secondary education. The school converted to academy status in February 2012. It is sponsored by a single-academy trust called the Salendine Nook Academy Trust.
