What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Innovative, creative and passionate about what they do for each individual learner in order to strategise, plan and deliver outstanding English lessons.
  • Able to contribute to the planning and development of the English curriculum.
  • Able to act as a Form Tutor, providing daily pastoral support, monitoring the welfare, behaviour and attendance.
  • Passionate about supporting pupils to develop independence, emotional regulation, and social communication skills.
  • Ready to communicate regularly with families, carers, and external agencies as appropriate to ensure the wellbeing and progress of each pupil.
  • Collaborative in their approach towards supporting the wider work and life of the school and Trust.
  • Enthusiastic towards and engage with professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
